A successful advertainment campaign for Fun Little Movies was created for Discovery Channel’s Planet Green. Planet Green contacted us because they were looking for a creative and new way to reach the 18-49 female demographic. FLM’s solution was Planet Green’s first animated TV/webisode series, Bea Wildered. In each episode of Bea Wildered, Bea, the main character describes various ways to “go green” and help improve the environment. She does it with clever examples, which show simple and everyday solutions that can help everyone benefit the planet.
The series was a huge success, and became Planet Green’s most viewed series on Earth Day. In addition, the series won a Telly Award and the Best Animation Award at Brighthand Mobile Film Festival. In the end, Bea Wildered was received very well on Planet Green’s website, TV channel and Sprint TV.
Planet Green initially came to us because of our reputation in field of webisode and mobisode creation. Our history of creating and distributing high quality comedic content as well as our role in the creation of Babelgum.com’s Comedy Channel was what made us stand out in Planet Green’s eyes.
In the end, Planet Green was very happy with the result and reception of Bea Wildered, and we are currently in talks for a second season.
